The balloon

There is a simple emergency exercise that can be of great benefit under certain situations.

You will need a balloon and a pin.

Take a deep breath while thinking of what makes you angry or a situation you cannot manage well and begin blowing the balloon.

Continue until the balloon has blown enough.

Hold the balloon on one and while holding a pin in the other. Take a deep breath and blow the balloon.

You will notice a sense of emotional liberation and calmness. As soon as you blow the balloon you will hyper-focus, all your senses are involved and you feel liberated from the situations you had trapped in the balloon; situations that made you feel under pressure.
