What is decision-making?
Decision making is the choice between two or more ways of action.
In problem-solving, decision-making involves the selection of a course of action from among two or more possible alternatives in order to arrive at a solution for a given problem.
Decisions can be made based on intuition, logic or a combination of the two.
Emotional or logical decision making?
People often have difficulty in making decisions. However, we are asked to make up our minds on a variety of topics; from what should we have for lunch, to more important ones or even life-changing, such as what we should study or whom we should marry.
