The exercise below will help you take action and set healthier boundaries.

- Make a list of 5 boundaries you wish to change, either because they are too loose or because they are too strict.

- Then, write down what you are planning to do in order to change them.

- Now that you have a complete plan, take action!

If you wish to change more than 5 boundaries, complete the initial 5 first and then change the rest.
