Begin with two lists.
In the first one, write down the positive personality traits and talents that you believe you have.
In the second one right down all the positive personality traits and talents that people have commented on you having - from your early school years until today.
You could also ask friends to tell you what they believe you are good at.
It's important to keep this list at reach and read it often. Update it when you achieve something new - big or small achievements boost your self-esteem.
In time, you'll notice you won’t disregard positive comments anymore.
