They could be relatives or friends and coworkers. Make a list of their personality traits and characteristics - be spontaneous. Furtherly, put down what confidence means to you, how you would define it how you think one becomes confident and how it helps a person develop.
Think of important moments in the past where you felt strong and confident. What were these situations? Who was with you then? How did you feel?
In this way, you will define but confidence means how you had once built it.
