During the day: Try to exchange positive comments friends, family and colleagues. In this way, you train yourself to think positively whilst spreading positivity to the world.
At night: Write down three things that's went well during the day (e.g woke up without a headache, someone was kind). Focusing on what's goes well makes us appreciate things we disregard for take for granted.
Repeat for at least 2 days/week. Research has shown that the brain gets accustomed to experiencing positive emotions after a 21-day emotional training period.
