The wheel

How do we build a wheel that represents our life? Follow the steps below:

1. Decide which areas of our life give us a sense of balance and fulfilment.

Suggested categories

- Family/friends

- Partner

- Career

- Financials

- Health (physical and mental health, exercise, nutrition)

- Environment (home/workplace)

- Entertainment

- Personal development/education

- Spiritual search

- Societal interaction

Design a wheel that includes the categories you have selected

2. Each radius beginning from the center should have satisfaction levels from 1 (very dissatisfied) to 10 (completely satisfied). Choose the level of satisfaction in each category of your life at present. Then, connect the numbers you have chosen so that a new perimeter will be designs inside the circle.

The new perimeter will refer to the balance and fulfillment in your life at present.

If this new shape is small or of irregular shape, then you are far of what we call a balanced life.

The bigger and more symmetrical the circle is, the smoother and faster it can run.

3. Ask yourself:

How do I feel about my life when watching the diagram?

Were there surprises?

In which areas should a spend more time and energy and for what reason?

What should I change? How do I make the necessary changes?
