The unwavering confidence in our ability to act efficiently and successfully even under difficult circumstances and tough conditions, is a process that begins in the early years of our lives, since our parents believed in our abilities and let us (or not) explore our world. This process, evolves constantly and is open to improvement, even in adult life. What it takes to flourish is self-LOVE and care, recognition and appreciation of what we have achieved so far and acceptance of who we really are.
