Close your eyes and draw a doodle with your non-dominant hand.
Then, open your eyes and use some colorful markers to color the doodle.
Ask yourself the following questions:
- What does the doodle represent in your work life?
- Why do you think we drew the doodle with the non-dominant hand?
(Because the doodle (change-problem) is something we cannot control)
-What does your attempt to color the doodle show?
(Even something we don’t like can be transformed into something nicer)
-How did you feel when you saw the end result?
