Flexibility and adaptability refer to the ability one has to easily adapt to changes that may occur on all levels of life.
New circumstances can mean new people in our lives, new conditions, new plans and consequently new goals. On the one hand, it can sound like an interesting opportunity to shake things up. On the other hand, it can be scary. It is not easy to feel comfortable in unfamiliar circumstances.
Adaptability and flexibility are characteristics that each of us can cultivate and develop successfully. There is no recipe for success and immediate results. It is a long process that involves, among other things, a change in the way of thinking, dealing-with and taking action with the goal of developing stronger adaptability skills in the face of adversity.
