The previous days

Make a list of 10 things you've done the last 7 days. They don't need to be in chronological order.

In another paper list your long-term goal (+/-5 years)

Then compare the two lists. Ideally whatever it is you'd done the previous days should contribute to the things you wish to accomplish in the future.

If they aren't in great accordance, you should consider whether you don't spend your time in relation to your goals and ambitions.

Think: " what must I do tomorrow in order to get a step closer to achieving my goals?"
