Make 2 columns on a piece of paper. In the first column write all of your life’s achievements up until now. On the second column, write down what you needed to do in order to successfully achieve these goals.
Afterwards, underline the achievements you never thought you could achieve at the time.
Keep the list in sight to remind you of your ability to achieve even those goals you thought were unattainable.
